Propose new map engines

which must not satisfy
Minimal conditions for the map engine
  1. full 3D map (various types of relief, clouds, water, ...)
  2. map rotation/scaling
  3. caves, bridges, tunnels (CBTs)
  4. real-time alterable terrain types
  5. map objects
  6. movement costs depending on the unit´s type
  7. variable movement costs (eg. the movement cost is going down if the terrain is quite trodden)
  8. atmospherical/weather & day/night simulation
  9. support for a huge number of moving units
  10. very flexibile - easy to use/adapt/modify/expand/extend
but after you describe your engine, please say which of the conditions satisfy and which not.
